1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jis4d," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jis4d online gaming platform, its operators, licensors, and authorized agents.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses jis4d services.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon registration, used to access services, place bets, and conduct transactions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not permitted to use jis4d services if you are legally prohibited from gambling due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with jis4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your account information if any details change.

4. Account Registration

To access jis4d services, you must complete the account registration process:

• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify jis4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out after each session, especially when using shared or public computers

You are liable for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. jis4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain proper security measures.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, jis4d requires identity verification (Know Your Customer - KYC) to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and age verification requirements. You will be asked to submit:

• Clear photo or scan of government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie holding your ID document next to your face

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and funds being held until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jis4d accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 20,000 for e-wallets
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method; typically Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Some bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods.
• Deposit Fees: jis4d does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account closure.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Weekend requests are queued and processed on the next business day.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallets
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per day; Rp 200,000,000 per month (subject to VIP tier adjustments)
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. E-wallet withdrawals typically take 1-2 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: jis4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a Rp 5,000 processing fee.

Withdrawals must be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC information. jis4d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or accounts in different names for security and regulatory compliance reasons.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jis4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Unusually large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without significant wagering activity may trigger enhanced due diligence review and temporary account holds pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jis4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.

For example: A Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.

6.2 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution (every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward requirements)
• Live casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: 50-100% contribution depending on odds (typically bets with odds below 1.50 do not count)
• Lottery / Togel: 50% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Opposite betting (betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit)
• Low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk
• Coordinated betting with other players

jis4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Most bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements forfeit after the expiry period. Check individual promotion terms for specific expiry dates.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport or competition. jis4d uses results from recognized data providers. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid
• If a match is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes refunded
• For football matches, bets stand if at least 80 minutes of play are completed

7.2 Lottery / Togel Games

All togel draws (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau, etc.) are settled based on official results announced by the respective lottery authorities. Results are typically posted within 30 minutes of the official draw time. Bets placed after the official draw deadline are automatically void.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, etc.) are conducted in real-time by professional dealers via live video stream. All gameplay is subject to the specific rules of each game variant. In the event of technical disconnection during a live game:

• Your bets remain valid and will be settled according to the game outcome
• You can view results in your betting history once reconnected
• If a dealer or technical error causes a round to be cancelled, all bets are void and stakes refunded

7.4 Slot Games

All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected game round is void and stakes are refunded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profits or manipulate outcomes
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, chargebacks, or any form of payment fraud
• Money Laundering: Using jis4d services to launder money or conduct illegal financial transactions
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches for unfair advantage
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other players, or engaging in threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• jis4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services
• jis4d is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, computer malfunctions, browser incompatibilities, or third-party service disruptions
• jis4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• jis4d is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors or banks
• jis4d is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your gambling winnings (consult a local tax advisor regarding your obligations)

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with jis4d services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes
• Your remaining account balance (minus any active bonuses) will be available for withdrawal
• Unclaimed bonuses and loyalty points will be forfeited
• Your account data will be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes

10.2 jis4d-Initiated Suspension or Closure

jis4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual
• Gambling addiction concerns (for player protection purposes)

In the event of account closure due to Terms violations, jis4d may confiscate all funds and bonuses. In the event of closure for responsible gaming concerns, your remaining balance will be available for withdrawal after all pending bets settle.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where jis4d holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of jis4d services shall be resolved through the following process:
